and boy are we tired...while gone, we visited San Diego, La Jolla, Coronado Island, Point Loma with stops at the beach, the zoo, Old town, Balboa park and more. We were always on the move. Our favorite meals: breakfast at either Clayton's coffee shop on Coronado Island or downtown San Diego at the Hash House a Go Go. YUM.
a few things we learned:
we love fresh tortillas in Old Town---oh, and the margaritas...oh and the chorizo :)
we travel best when we have GPS in our car
we love Harbor Cruises
San Diego can be CHILLY
highlight of the trip for me---seeing the Pandas at the zoo ....highlight of the trip for Jeff---seeing me smile when I saw the Pandas
