there was a water leak at our Carmi house and so my weekend was spent getting all of the claim set up and such. Sherri was nice enough to go by tonight and snap some pictures for me. They have removed all of the old flooring and cut a hole in the floor to get down to the joists.
Under the 3 dryers is the original flooring from the kitchen and let me just say it was CUTE but it is also made out of asbestos. The specialty team will likely start removing deadly flooring tomorrow. I will continue to update on progress of this messy incident....

Is it weird that I'm totally excited about this?
I would make sure to tell the guys going under the flooring to be on the lookout for FISHBAIT and Duct Tape. :-)
